Yitaike Machinery's sand casting factory was established in 1994 and now it covers an area of more than 4000 m2 which include a building area of more than 28000m2. The company employs 238 staffs include 15 engineers and 45 technicians. There are 2 casting workshops and 2 machining shops in the company. In the casting workshop, there are a Z 145JX molding line, a resin sand process line with the annual output of 5000tons of casting, a process line of 50T/h clay sand, 18sets of pre-coated sand molding equipments and 4sets of 1T/h frequency electricity furnace. In the machining workshops, there are imported vertical machining center, gantry machining center and nearly 200sets of CNC machining equipments with annual capacity of 15000 tons casting. |
