Yitaike sand casting factory established in 1994 and it is in the leading level of the industry after 20 years developing as well as continually improvement. The office and workshop covers an area of 40 000 square meters. There have over 250 people working it with a team of 15 senior engineers and over 45 skilled technicians.

The annual casting ability is over 15 000 tons with casting weight from 0.5kg to 1000kg. And factory engaged in developing and producing high challenging products, such as Automobile water pump, hydraulic valve body, hydraulic pump housing, auto parts and agricultural machinery parts. The mainly used materials are Gray iron, ductile iron, vermicular cast iron, alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, CF8M, WCB and LCB.

The factory has a Z145JX molding line, a resin sand production line with the annual output of 5000 tons of castings, a processing line of 50T/h clay sands, 18sets of precoated sand moulding equipments and 4set of 1 T/h frequency electric furnace.
